About Me

I combine traditional Swedish Massage with Myofascial, Orthopedic, acupressure and CST. I begin with gentle work before working through deeper layers as the body allows. I do very specific and detailed work if you have an area that is tight or injured and needs extra attention. Every massage is different depending on how your body is feeling, and what I am evaluating with my hands. I appreciate feedback during the massage to help guide me so that you get the best treatment possible. Usually I do a full body massage because it brings awareness to areas of the body that we otherwise might not have known were tight and tender, but sometimes the whole session is focused on a few areas that need specific work.
